If you are looking for a respectful, understanding and helpful agent look no longer. My partner and I left our previous flat having had the worst experience with our estate agents and having found Scott was such a relief. He has been extremely accommodating, genuine, humane and professional! Both Scott and RHW in general are definitely an exception among estate agencies in London. They are always there and all of our exchanges with them -both before getting into our new flat and afterwards- have shown how fair their approach is and how willing they are to help. We highly recommend them and if we ever need to rent another place again, we will definitely ask Scott and RHW for help!
